From previous aviation experience in Brazil, Graziele has migrated to the management of Forte’s parts sales in 2007. Along the years, she has embranced additional role in aircraft acquisition and export processes.

Director of North American sales and acquisitions, Brad has over 30 years aviation flying and sales experience, type rated in over 12 aircraft in both general aviation airplanes and commercial airliners.

Gustavo has joined Forte Aviation, ready to contribute to our team. As the newest member of the company, he is eager to bring fresh perspectives to the purchase and export department. Although new to the aviation industry, Gustavo is excited to take on the responsibilities of supporting and optimizing our and export operations.

Wanessa is part of Forte Aviation's team and, alongside Graziele, is in charge of the purchasing department and all the preparation of the aeronautical parts export process.

João began his journey in the aviation industry in 2023, bringing energy and determination to his role at Forte Aviation. He works in the shipping, receiving, and stock department, where he plays a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and maintaining organization in daily operations. João’s proactive attitude and willingness to learn make him an integral part of the team, contributing to the efficiency and success of our logistics processes.
